Speculation that vaccines and a possible peaceful presidential transition means that the economy is slowly moving back to normal. News that the Trump Administration will start transitioning to a Biden Presidency ignited another rally in shares ravaged by the pandemic. My portfolio is up 2.5%, as all my stocks are in the green. This is of course great news, but I fear we are in for another drop, if vaccine rates are not as good as they claim to be. I still believe we will get a bigger boost in the market once the pandemic is 100% over, however the fact that the Dow Jones broke 30,000 is an incredible feat in of itself, so investors can rest easy for now.
