The House voted to impeach President Donald Trump on Wednesday. The vote was successful, with ten House Republicans voting to impeach Trump.
A four-page article of impeachment that the chamber approved on Wednesday argued that Trump fed his supporters months of false claims that widespread fraud cost him the 2020 election, then urged them to contest the results before they marched to the Capitol and disrupted Congress’ count of President-elect Joe Biden’s win. The chamber will send the article of impeachment to the Senate immediately, yet there may not be enough time to remove Trump before President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration Jan. 20.

Damn, my boy Trump not only got impeached once, but TWICE. For me, there is no reason that the House should've voted again. Trump will be out in the next week, so it really isn't a victory for anyone. It only added another statistic to Donald Trump's growing list of embarrassments. Even if the left was trying to push this narrative of Trump being the bad guy and how he's horrible, I think it's safe to say the job is done. There is no point in wasting any more time in degrading Trump, now that Joe Biden has been formally declared the next President of the United States. Although, I, like many other Americans, agree with the charges set against Trump. I also hold the president accountable for the Capitol riots, as even before the election, he was stirring up his supporters with rumors of fraud. Even when disproven and rejected by numerous state judges, Donald Trump has continued down this path, inciting his supporters to fight back against the election results.
