On December 6th, Mayweather announced on his Instagram that he would be fighting YouTube Star Logan Paul in an exhibition match on February 20th 2021.
Mayweather retired with an unbroken record of 50-0, while Logan Paul lost to one of the Sidemen(KSI). It is not hard to tell that Mayweather is putting on the gloves one again because of the money. I don't see a world where Mayweather would take the chance of getting beaten, much less by a Youtuber. I believe there has to be some talk between the two camps to guarantee Mayweather's win. I say this because there is a chance Logan can win. I know it sounds crazy, but Logan weighs around 200 while Floyd is around 150. From the weight alone, Paul has a 50 pound advantage. Moreover, Floyd is 5'8 while Logan is around 6'2.
However, Mayweather's style of boxing arguably will be able to protect him from anything Paul tries to throw. Floyd hits and doesn't get hit, so I am expecting Floyd to be able to wither the storm in case Logan tries anything rash. More details are said to come later on, and I will be looking forward to it to see what restrictions will be set in place.
