Mousesports Potentially Looking To Sign Dexter And Acor

MAD Lions' AWPer Frederik "acoR" Gyldstrand and Renegades' in-game leader Christopher "dexter" Nong are two players Mousesports are looking to sign, according to HLTV.org and 1pv.fr. The duo would come in for Finn "karrigan" Andersen, who is not inclined to extend his deal with the German organization, and Chris "chrisJ" de Jong.

chrisJ seems to be out of the active lineup after a poor individual year, averaging a 0.91 rating across all matches, with that number dropping to 0.81 when Mousesports faced top-5 opposition. If he departs the team, it will mark an end to his long association with the German organization, which he joined in October 2013.

With this news, it seems all but guaranteed that karrigan will be signing with FaZe Clan once his contract with mousesports expires in the next month. Of course, dexter is not a proven in-game leader, as the majority of his time was spent with Renegades, which is considered a Tier-2 team at the moment. However, Mad Lion's acoR will be a great addition to Mousesports. With this move, Mousesports will have an awper, which the team was lacking this year. With chrisJ out of the active lineup, it marks the end of his long 8 years that he'd spent on Mousesports, since 2013. ChrisJ has accomplished alot for his team, but recently, his stats have tanked as he took over the awper role after the departure of w0xic. While chrisJ has good performances here and there, I believe he is close to retirement, and that it is a good idea to bring in fresh blood.
